Website package terms

The founding website price is $297 one time; the regular price is $397 one time. Both include the same personalized contractor website package. Any applicable sales tax collected through Stan is separate.

Included package

Mobile-responsive website, click-to-call and inquiry form, business-information intake, private preview, one consolidated in-scope revision round, and quality review before publication. Corrections to TRS-caused defects do not consume the included revision round. Submit one consolidated revision list within seven calendar days of the preview communication.

Hosting and domain

The first 12 months of hosting begin at site activation. Connect your existing domain, or receive the first year of a standard available .com registered in your name if needed. Premium domains and additional purchases require separate approval.

Optional annual renewal is $49 for hosting only when you manage your own domain, or $79 for hosting plus a TRS-managed standard .com. Renewals are manual and require consent; hosting is not free for life. We send a hosting renewal reminder 30 days before expiration. After hosting expires, there is a 30-day grace period before hosting suspension. Domain registration expiry is separate from this hosting grace period; you renew an independently managed domain yourself.

Your information and approval

Provide accurate business details and confirm rights to supplied assets. Publication follows completed intake, review, required QA and authorization. Our delivery target is three business days after complete intake, subject to verification. We document and communicate any exceptions to that target. This is a delivery target, not an unconditional guarantee. Do not submit passwords or payment card information through intake or inquiry forms.

Ownership and static export

You own your domain and the content you supply. You receive a perpetual license to use the delivered website and the agreed static ZIP export. TRS retains ownership of its proprietary templates, generator and backend. The static ZIP does not transfer the TRS backend or continuing hosted services.

Additional work

Extra pages, redesigns, integrations and additional revision rounds require separate quotes and your approval before work begins.

Refunds

A full refund is available before either personalization or domain registration work begins. If work has begun, contact support about your request. Your applicable legal rights are unaffected.

Optional lead-response upgrade

The optional $99/month lead-response upgrade includes hosting while subscribed. Purchasing it remains disabled until billing and fulfillment are verified; it is not required for the website package.

Checkout and support

Purchases use the existing Stan checkout and the terms presented there. Contact support@tradereadysites.com for delivery questions, corrections, cancellation or refund requests; requests are handled under the policy above, applicable purchase terms and legal rights.
